Eat whole foods as much as possible.
Do not cook with or use oils, or margarine, or any added fats.
Use dates or fruit instead of sugar and syrups as much as possible.
Eat vegan 95% of the time, or more, as much as possible.
Accept that society makes it hard for children to eat vegan, and let the kids pick what they eat when they are not in our house.
Eat added oils in restaurants, but try to avoid them.
Drink low to moderate amounts of alcohol.
Exercise daily.
